1. About SOMAH
SOMAH is an online fashion brand offering curated Indian occasionwear, including suits, co-ords, sarees and other products featured on our website.
All products displayed on the website are subject to availability.
2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, measurements and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, slight variations in colour may occur due to differences in screen settings, lighting and photography.
Minor variations in prints, embroidery, embellishments or fabric may also occur due to the nature of the materials and craftsmanship.
3. Product Availability
Products are subject to availability.
SOMAH reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products or make changes to product availability without prior notice.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you regarding the available options, including a refund where applicable.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated.
Prices, offers and promotions may be changed or withdrawn at SOMAH’s discretion.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or confirmation through the payment method offered on the website.
5. Order Cancellation
Once an order has been placed, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed or dispatched.
If cancellation is permitted before processing, the applicable amount will be refunded through the original payment method or another appropriate method.
6. Shipping & Delivery
SOMAH offers shipping across India, subject to serviceability.
Estimated delivery timelines displayed on the website are indicative and may vary depending on the delivery location, courier operations, public holidays, unforeseen circumstances or other factors beyond SOMAH’s reasonable control.
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier partner’s operations.
7. Returns
Returns are accepted only in case of a manufacturing or product defect.
A return request for a defect must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product, along with the relevant order details and clear photographs/videos of the defect.
The product may be subject to verification before a return is approved.
Returns will not be accepted for change of mind, colour preference, styling preference or incorrect size selection.

8. Exchanges
Suits
Suits are eligible for size exchange only.
* The exchange request must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.
* Exchange is subject to availability of the requested size.
* If the preferred size is unavailable, a return request may be raised, subject to the applicable Returns Policy.
* Products must be unused, unworn and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
Sarees
Sarees are not eligible for exchange.

9. Product Condition for Returns & Exchanges
Products returned or exchanged must be:
* Unworn and unused
* Unwashed
* Free from stains, marks, damage or alterations
* Returned with original tags and packaging intact
SOMAH reserves the right to reject a return or exchange request if the product does not meet the applicable conditions.
10. Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotional offers, discount codes and other benefits may be subject to specific terms and conditions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined with other offers.
SOMAH reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotional offers at any time.
11. Website Content & Intellectual Property
All content on the SOMAH website, including photographs, product images, graphics, logos, text, designs and other materials, is owned by or licensed to SOMAH and is protected under applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish or commercially use any SOMAH content without prior written permission.

You agree not to misuse the website or use it for any unlawful purpose, including attempting to gain unauthorised access to the website, its systems or another customer’s information.
